This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services provided by Cryptosam. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms described below.

General Terms

All service purchases are governed by the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By placing an order through our website, you accept the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement.

Service Refunds

Since our offerings are digital services (SEO, Google Ads management, web development, server management, IT consulting), refund eligibility depends on the service delivery stage. Services that have not yet commenced are eligible for a full refund. For services already in progress, refunds are calculated proportionally based on the work completed.

Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of the service agreement. However, once service delivery has begun with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. To cancel, please contact us at info@cryptosam.com with your order details.

Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund, send a written notice to info@cryptosam.com including your order number and reason for cancellation. We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with the applicable refund amount.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of approval. For credit card payments, the refund is sent to your bank within 14 days, but it may take an additional 2-3 weeks for the bank to reflect it on your statement. For bank transfer payments, the refund is made to your specified account.

Non-Refundable Services

Completed services, custom development work that has been delivered, domain registrations, third-party licenses purchased on your behalf, and advertising spend already committed to platforms (Google Ads, etc.) are non-refundable.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us first at info@cryptosam.com so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to find a fair solution. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
